In your day to day, you will:
• Manage complex internal medicine cases spanning GI, hepatobiliary, infectious disease, endocrine, hematologic, and respiratory conditions
• Perform and or order diagnostics such as ultrasound, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and CT
• Coordinate with specialty and emergency teams on shared patients and transfers
• Mentor technicians and assistants as part of daily case management
• Pursue growth opportunities in ultrasound proficiency, IR procedures, and electrochemotherapy (ECT) training
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations
• Contribute to a positive, team focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
What You Bring
• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Indiana veterinary licensure
• Board Certification in Veterinary Small Animal Internal Medicine or residency training in Veterinary Small Animal Internal Medicine
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with experience managing complex medical cases
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and client centered approach
• A commitment to exceptional patient care and compassionate client service
• A passion for mentorship, continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine
