Job description

mPower, Inc.ย is seeking an Ethics Specialistย that will play a critical role in supporting our client's ethics and compliance program through disciplined administration, accurate reporting, and effective records management. This position is responsible for tracking ethics training completion, maintaining documentation integrity, supporting audits and data calls, and ensuring records are retained in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured environment. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage recurring processes and support program defensibility through accurate documentation and traceable recordkeeping.
Responsibilities
  • Review financial disclosure reports for all supported for all supported individuals in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Review annual reports and travel plans, proceed accordingly
  • Monitor ethics inboxes and respond to substantive inquiries within delegated authority
  • Understand escalation process in coordination with supervisor
  • Create and maintain ethics training content in coordination with supervisor
  • Update and maintain the ethics website and guidance materials
  • Conduct protocol reviews and ensure alignment with ethics requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in public policy, ethics, law, or related field
  • 4-7 years of experience in ethics, compliance, legal support, or regulatory review
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying ethics policies and standards
  • Proficiency using Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working within a federal agency preferred
