This role partners closely with Consultants to drive distribution across retail channels, including Broker-Dealers, RIAs, and Private Client Groups. The ideal candidate brings ETF expertise, strong capital markets knowledge, and proficiency in portfolio analytics and investment research. A consultative, client-centric approach to business development is essential for success in this role.**Responsibilities of the role:*** Partner with Consultants to drive ETF market share growth and net sales across Invesco’s U.S.-listed ETF platform* Act as the primary ETF specialist supporting Consultants in the field, developing targeted business plans and delivering high-impact ETF and Indexed Strategies resources to clients* Deliver tailored education to clients of varying ETF expertise on investment strategies, product positioning, and portfolio construction, independently and in collaboration with Consultants* Lead engaging group and one-on-one presentations that clearly differentiate Invesco’s ETF platform across virtual, phone, and in-person settings* Serve as a trusted resource for client inquiries on ETF product features and performance* Travel up to 80% to support client engagement and business development efforts**Requirements of the role:*** Series 7 & 63 licenses required; CIMA or CFA preferred* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required* 5+ years of investment experience, with deep expertise in ETFs* Proven track record working with financial advisors and managing a territory* Strong strategic thinker with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills* Advanced quantitative, analytical, and investment research capabilities* Self-motivated, collaborative professional with a growth mindset, strong business ownership mentality, and passion for capital markets, asset management, and ETFsThe salary range for this position is $160,000 to $175,000/ year.
