Job description

ETF & Mutual Fund Business Analyst
We are currently seeking candidates for an ETF & Mutual Fund Business Analyst opportunity with a highly successful financial services firm located in Boston, MA. This individual will support the launch and ongoing maintenance of ETF and Mutual Fund products across digital platforms and global websites. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of financial services experience, preferably within asset management, investment products, or financial data, along with strong business analysis and project coordination skills.
This is a 12-month contract position paying $40-$46/hour, depending on experience. The ETF & Mutual Fund Business Analyst will work onsite in Boston, MA four days per week. Candidates must be located in the Greater Boston area and willing to work onsite four days per week in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Support ETF and Mutual Fund launches, updates, and digital product enhancements.
โ€ข Coordinate product initiatives across Product, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams.
โ€ข Work with external data providers to obtain product information and resolve data issues.
โ€ข Analyze business requirements, processes, and systems related to investment product delivery.
โ€ข Support testing and quality assurance for website updates and product changes.
โ€ข Account for differences across global websites, including market-specific content, data, and product requirements.
โ€ข Identify process improvements, project risks, and potential delivery issues.
โ€ข Research industry trends, digital developments, and competitive practices within asset management.
โ€ข Communicate project requirements, updates, and solutions clearly across business and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
โ€ข 4-6+ years of experience within financial services.
โ€ข Experience with ETFs, Mutual Funds, asset management, investment products, or financial data strongly preferred.
โ€ข Strong business analysis and project coordination experience.
โ€ข Experience working across multiple business and technology teams.
โ€ข Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
