Job description

Accrete Construction of Puyallup, WA is preparing for a large, decade long, project and anticipates retirement of a key Project Manager within that time frame.

Accrete Construction is seeking a full time Assistant Project Manager for accelerated training towards a Project Management position.

This individual will begin by assisting multiple Project Managers with estimating, subcontractor coordination, planning, scheduling, submittals, change orders, RFIs, job cost, etc. while developing the skills needed to step into a full leadership role.

Minimum Requirements:

· WA State Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

· Permanent residence within 45 minutes of Puyallup, WA.

· 3+ years of construction management experience.

· Ability to read and understand construction plans and assemblies.

· Computer skills: Word, Excel, Teams, Project, Sage Estimating.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Construction Management Degree or Certificate.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or Business.

Compensation and Benefits:

· $80,000 to $105,000 annual salary

· Annual bonus based upon individual and company performance
