What You’ll Do
You will own the execution of mitigation jobs from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
- Lead, schedule, and manage multiple mitigation crews across active jobs
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed according to scope and industry standards
- Partner closely with estimators to align scope and execution
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, and third party partners throughout the job
- Monitor job progress, adjust plans as needed, and solve problems in real time
- Ensure all job documentation is complete, accurate, and audit ready
- Enforce safety standards and proper job site practices
- Manage vehicles, equipment, and inventory
- Support business growth by helping maintain a full and productive schedule

- Professional presence and willingness to be in the field
Work Environment
- Full time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Additional hours as needed.
