Our British Columbia and Alaska locations are known for outstanding sales performance, world class customer experience, and excellent employee support. JOB PURPOSE Your core responsibilities are:
• Achieve appointment setting goals by leading ISC Agents (phone agents) to achieve maximum set rates and provide exceptional first-class service to our customers.
• Ensure quality leads are being issued to Design Consultants in both markets by performing confirmations of appointments both live on the phone, and using our text messaging system
• Communicate with Design Consultants and Sales Managers in both markets with phone calls, emails, and text communication to ensure same day adjustments to the calendar flow seamlessly in the field.
• Deliver our Signature Service to our customers, both external and internal, helping us to maintain our positive and customer centric culture. Successful Team Managers lead by example, taking calls and pursuing excellence in their customer experience. They also work to make Agents jobs fun and engaging by initiating friendly competitions, providing encouragement, and assisting them in achieving their goals.
