We're looking for an Escrow Assistant to support our Anchorage escrow team and help keep real estate transactions moving smoothly from opening to closing.

What You'll Do

You'll provide administrative and transaction support to Escrow Officers, helping prepare files, gather information, coordinate documents, communicate with clients and partners, and support timely, accurate closings.

You'll also:

  • Open and maintain escrow files

  • Assist with document preparation and file organization

  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal teams

  • Collect, review, and track required documents and information

  • Help coordinate signing appointments and closing timelines

  • Assist with title, lender, and escrow requirements

  • Support funding, recording, and post-closing activities

  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

  • Provide friendly, professional service to clients and partners

  • Help the team stay organized, responsive, and deadline-focused
