Fish Window Cleaning - the nation’s largest and most trusted window cleaning company - is hiring part-time, motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Estimators (Estimate Writers).
This is perfect for anyone who wants to fill their day with productive and rewarding work. Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent, retiree, student, or just looking for flexible supplemental income, you’ll spend your time out in the field talking to people, building relationships. Some phone work is involved, but most of your day is hands-on and interactive. This is subject to change as we learn what works best.
Whether you’re new to sales or an experienced estimator, we provide the training, tools, and brand recognition to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Any days between Tuesday - Friday for 2-3 days
Your attributes

  • Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required) and have strong familiarity with the local Asian business community,  enabling you to confidently communicate with business owners and staff where Mandarin or Cantonese is commonly used in daily operations.
  • Are confident and enjoy connecting with others.
  • Build relationships easily and make a great first impression.
  • Are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (required).
  • Have a working smartphone (required).
Sales, estimating, or customer-facing experience is a plus - but not required. We provide on-the-job training, sales scripts, and coaching, so you’ll have the support you need to succeed.
