Job description

A global law firm is seeking an Associate for their Corporate Real Estate department. The position is open to Century City, Chicago, New York, Orange County and San Diego

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3yrs experience in complex real transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A and financings
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent analytical, drafting skills and organizational skills
  • Associates in this role will understand and appreciate the business of real estate investing
  • Capable of taking on significant responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Represent a diverse group of clients across the U.S. and internationally including in the hospitality and healthcare sectors
  • Draft and analyze legal documents
