Join our client, a law firm with a highly regarded Trusts & Estates practice where you'll work on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, tax, and business succession matters for high-net-worth individuals and business owners. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, work alongside experienced practitioners, and continue building a long-term Trusts & Estates practice within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Job Description: Advise individuals, families, business owners, and charitable organizations on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies. Draft and implement wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other sophisticated estate planning documents. Counsel clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax planning.

Develop and execute advanced wealth transfer strategies, including GRATs, irrevocable trusts, charitable planning, and other tax-efficient planning techniques. Partner with business owners on succession planning and ownership transition strategies. Handle trust and estate administration matters, including probate and fiduciary guidance.

Research and analyze complex federal tax and state law issues to develop practical client solutions. Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses. Qualifications: Experience with estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies.

Knowledge of federal transfer tax matters, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax. Experience drafting estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Exposure to advanced planning techniques such as GRATs, defective grantor trusts, installment sales to grantor trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and related wealth preservation strategies.

Experience with business succession planning and/or premarital and marital agreements is a plus. Strong analytical, research, drafting, and client counseling skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively. #ACCNOR.
