Love real estate, love people, and looking for a flexible schedule? McArthur Homes is looking for a driven, customer-focused Part Time Sales Associate to join our growing sales team.


You'll staff our model home sales center, guide buyers from their first visit all the way through closing and help deliver a five-star experience for every prospect who walks through our doors.


What you'll do:

Tour prospects through our model homes and sales center

Build relationships and guide buyers through financing and Personal Selections

Help manage purchase contracts and paperwork accurately and on time

Actively prospect and generate referrals


What we're looking for:

Active Utah Real Estate license. 

Prior sales experience preferred โ€” new home or real estate sales a plus

Strong communication and closing skills

Available to work our sales center schedule, including Saturdays

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Part Time Sales Associate role located in South Jordan, UT. The Sales Associate will greet and assist prospective homebuyers, provide information about available homes and communities, and guide visitors through model homes. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering questions, collecting contact information, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team with follow-up communications. The role also involves maintaining a clean and welcoming sales environment, preparing basic sales materials, and accurately documenting customer interactions in company systems. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with sales professionals and other team members to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with prospective buyers and visitors.
  • Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic written correspondence.
  • Sales support abilities such as managing inquiries, assisting with tours, and helping organize sales documentation.
