Job Description


ESS Technical Solution Manager is the combination of application engineer and sales engineer. A technical solution engineer should support and service the customer by demonstrating the product function, technical benefits and value to help customer meet their company and business goals and help company to win projects. Combining technical knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills, work closely with clients, understanding their specific needs, and then leverage their in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to provide tailored solutions that meet those needs effectively. Additionally, technical solution engineers should gather feedback from clients and bridge the gap between internal development team and customer requirements, helping to refine products and services based on customer needs and experiences.


Responsibilities:


1. Be responsible for regional team management;

2. Lead the team to communicate with customers, design energy storage system solutions based on customer needs, and prepare tender documents;

3. Be responsible for identifying technical risks and solving system problems during the project implementation process;

4. Maintain customer relationships and deeply explore customer demands and customer relationship information;

5. Collect and analyze the technical requirements of the local regional market and transform them into competitive product demands.


Requirements and skills:


  1. At least 10 years work experience in ESS market
  2. Previous work experience as an AE or SE of ESS market is advantageous
  3. Previous experience in utility or ESS developer company is advantageous
  4. Knowledge of ESS projects development requirements is advantageous
  5. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  6. Excellent market and competitor analysis abilities
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  8. Superb collaboration and communication
