High School Assistant Esports Coach
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Odessa High School is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of High School Assistant Esports Coach for the 2026 2027 school year.
The Assistant Esports Coach will support the head coach in supervising and developing the high school esports program. Responsibilities include assisting with practices and competitions, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, monitoring student participation and eligibility, and helping maintain a positive and supportive environment for all team members.
This position includes two competitive seasons: Fall and Spring.
