Position Title: WAREHOUSE UPERVISOR

Salary: $44,000 - $46,000

Shift: Sunday through Thursday 10:30 AM til 7:30

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and ensuring all equipment-including forklifts-is operated safely and effectively. Forklift certification is required.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials. This role leads a team of warehouse associates, maintains strict safety and compliance standards, and ensures all materialhandling equipment-including forklifts-is operated safely and effectively. The supervisor manages workflow, monitors inventory accuracy, coordinates with vendors and logistics partners, and drives process improvements to support a highperforming, organized warehouse environment. 

Key Responsibilities


Warehouse Operations - Manage daily workflow including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory replenishment.

Team Leadership - Supervise warehouse associates, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training.

Forklift Operation - Safely operate forklifts and other materialhandling equipment; ensure all staff follow equipment safety protocols.

Safety Compliance - Enforce OSHA, company, and sitespecific safety standards; conduct regular safety checks and incident reporting.

Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory counts, oversee cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.

Process Improvement - Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.

Required Qualifications


Forklift Certification (must be current and valid).

2-4 years of warehouse or logistics experience; 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.

Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.

Excellent communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience in a highvolume or fastpaced warehouse environment.

Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience with pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other materialhandling equipment.
