Job description

We are a local title company in search of a closing professional. You would be the main liaison between real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and any other parties involved in the closing process. Basic computer/phone skills are required.  You must be able to work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude.  You will be expected to process multiple files at once.
Experience is not necessary, but is preferred. Training will be provided. Interest in banking, administrative work, real estate, customer service, and/or the legal field could be a sign that this job is a good fit for you.

Duties include:
  • Maintaining ownership and customer support throughout the life of a file.
  • Answering phones.
  • Data entry and review for all orders/contracts.
  • Anticipating client needs by following up in real time.
  • Preparation of documents/packages to be sent out for recording.
  • Proofreading documents.
  • Electronic storage of time-sensitive documents.
