Responsibilities:
  • Lead the escrow team with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all transactions are processed smoothly.
  • Foster strong relationships with agents and clients, providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of closing documents, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve any issues that arise during the closing process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations, sharing insights with the team to enhance our service.
  • Implement and refine processes to improve workflow and reduce errors, contributing to the team's overall success.
  • Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers within the company.

  • Experience in managing escrow operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
