POSITION OVERVIEW

Ticor Title a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to join its Portland, OR office.FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. LOCATION

This position is onsite based in Portland, OR.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists Escrow Officer with opening orders, clearing title, client communications, basic document preparation, funding conditions, recording packages and disbursements. Supports office with shared duties which may include reception and banking functions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 1 year in the Commercial Real Estate space.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Exceptional verbal/written communication.

  • Organizational, problem-solving capability.

  • Analytical skills.

  • Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently.

  • Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
