The Great Escape Room is a fast-growing, family-owned company offering a high-quality escape room experience. Established in 2014, we have several locations across the Eastern United States. We are looking for team members to help us grow and create unforgettable adventures for our guests. If you like to entertain, get in character, lead a team, and help people have a great time, then we want you to apply!
The Escape Room Lead is responsible for helping guide the team during shifts, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. This role acts as a leader on the floor by assisting team members, solving problems, and helping maintain company standards.
The most important qualifications we are looking for are:
