Job description


Position:Escape Room (game) Coordinator
Department:Escape Room (Recreation Dept. 25-271)
Normal Working Hours:
Shifts will vary by day and season
Must have a flexible schedule and availability.
Work schedules include holidays, weekends, weekdays and evenings.
Past Work Experience Requirements:
Speaking in public to present the Escape Room rules and create a fun and dramatic atmosphere for our guests
Be alert and attentive
POS experience
Micros Concepts experience (our Activity Reservations software)
Microsoft Office experience
Some proficiency with common household repairs
General duties
Assist with preparing the Escape Room and doing potential minor repairs
Provide instructions as needed and as scheduled
General cleaning of Escape Rooms and reception area
Flexibility and open to work other areas - May be called upon to assist other departments during slow periods
Communication Skills Requirements:
Excellent communication skills dealing with internal and external customers
Technical Requirements:
POS experience
Micros Concepts experience (our Activity Reservations software)
Microsoft Office experience
Some proficiency with common household repairs
Physical Requirements:
  • Be ableto make minor repairs to parts that might become broken during the play ofa game/session
