Job description

Administrative Supervisor – Warehouse Operations
$55,000–$65,000 + Annual Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to lead the customer service, billing and inventory functions within a busy warehouse/distribution operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the General Manager and overseeing the administrative side of warehouse operations. We will also consider a strong CSR Lead ready to take the next step into supervision.

Must-have experience:
  • Warehouse/distribution customer service
  • Customer billing
  • Inventory control
  • Leadership experience as a Supervisor or strong CSR Lead
  • Strong Excel, reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with a WMS or inventory management system
Responsibilities include supervising customer service and inventory staff, customer billing, order tracking, appointment scheduling, inventory reconciliation, KPIs, SOPs and resolving escalated customer issues.

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000, based on experience, plus up to a 10% annual bonus and full benefits including PTO.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
