Job description

  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Provides assistance to the ES Supervisor who they report to. Will cover the supervisor position in the absence of the supervisor. Can work in any position within the ES responsibility and can train new ES staff as needed or assigned..Provides special support for assigned projects or duties for the ES Manager as assigned. Will be able to serve as requested on other SRMC locations as required. Is an important part of the ES management team.
  • EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
    • Minimum Required:
      • Ability to read and follow written instructions, to include MSDS sheets, policies and procedures.
      • Working knowledge of general cleaning equipment, methods and agents gained through work experience.
      • On-the-job training in other skills and equipment use will be provided.
      • High school diploma or equivalent with 1 plus years in management or in the professional cleaning field.
      • Will complete writing and reading quiz.
      • Will provide full support with any disaster event as required.
      • Passion to be the best and strive for excellence.
    • Preferred:
      • 3 years experience of institutional professional cleaning in a leadership role.
