Job Summary

Completes tasks to support construction operations, including running errands, delivering equipment and supplies to job sites, working in construction yard, and performing basic office tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver messages, documents, and packages to various locations
  • Assist Equipment Division and other departments to gather needed equipment
  • Assist with running errands, such as picking up/dropping off office supplies or equipment
  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain strong communication with team members

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 21 years old with a valid Arizona driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Previous construction company experience a plus
  • Bilingual a plus


Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to:

  • Work inside an enclosed vehicle while driving
  • Exposed to outside weather conditions, including extreme heat, while loading, unloading, and helping in the yard
