In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP MDG on S/4HANA, specifically:
• Material Master governance
• Classification
• Change Requests (CRs)
• Workflow configuration
Solid understanding of PLM-MDG integration, including:
• Specification-driven material creation
• PLM change processes feeding into MDG
Experience configuring and supporting:
• MDG workflows
• Validations and derivations
• BRF+ rules
Thorough knowledge of data governance, approval controls, and auditability.
Experience working in regulated industries, preferably Life Sciences / GxP environments.
Ability to work collaboratively with PLM, PDM, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and IT teams.
Strong troubleshooting capability for:
• CR activation issues
• Data inconsistencies
• Governance errors
Ability to maintain configuration documentation, functional specifications, and test evidence.
Experience participating in SIT/UAT, defect triage, and cutover readiness.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience supporting S/4HANA upgrades and MDG remediation or stabilization projects.
• Familiarity with end-to-end PLM-MDG-S/4HANA data flows and integration scenarios.
• Exposure to working with System Integrators, AMS teams, and multi-stakeholder delivery models.
• Strong understanding of compliance, validation, audit traceability, and change history requirements.
• Background in Life Sciences product lifecycle processes and material governance dependencies.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $114000 to $167000
In Washington, DC : $106000 to $147500
