Due to continuing growth, our team is looking for an ERP Consultant to support our expanding customer base. The ideal candidate will hold a mixture of excellent communication skills, ERP experience, and business acumen. In this role, you will work directly with clients to define requirements, design, configure, train, implement, and support the solution. Platform Technology Advisors is the rapidly growing ERP/IT Solutions business of Platform Accounting Group, a professional services firm providing tax, accounting, assurance, IT consulting, and wealth management services to small and medium-sized businesses and their owners. We currently have 50+ offices in 14 States with much more growth on the horizon. We fully understand that every employee has different needs, so our unique business model allows for more flexible work arrangements than most firms can offer where possible.
What you will do:
  • Analyze business processes and provide solutions using Sage ERP systems.
  • Interview customers to document their requirements.
  • Install, configure, and test the ERP system.
  • Perform data migrations.
  • Customize and configure the systems to integrate with multiple systems.
  • Provide professional user training and support.
  • Work effectively under time constraints, deadlines, and workloads with changing and multiple priorities.

What we look for:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Statistics or another computer-related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP and/or CRM software. Sage 100 ERP, Sage X3, or Acumatica is a plus.
  • Superior interpersonal skills including communication, active listening, and customer service.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Prior consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities
  • Ability to travel to client sites.
  • High business acumen, analytical skills and understanding of sales pipeline is a must.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and overall comprehension (or willingness to learn) of sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of Financial Applications or complementary solutions is preferred.

The expected salary range for this role is $36 - $70 per hour, which represents a good faith and reasonable estimate.?
