Job Summary:
Odulair, LLC is a leading manufacturer of mobile medical clinic vehicles dedicated to transforming healthcare access. As an ERP System and IT Specialist, you will manage the ERP system, support IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Integrate, manage and maintain Odulair’s ERP system, including user accounts, security settings, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with various departments to customize and optimize ERP modules based on business needs.
• Provide technical support and training for ERP users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, and software systems.
• Implement data backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard company information.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on ERP performance and IT infrastructure to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow all safety regulations and best practices for IT activities.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head of IT or their designee.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing ERP systems (ECI M1, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Proven experience with IT support and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, databases, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support users effectively.
• A can-do, positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (ECI M1, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and SQL databases.
• Experience with Google Workspace, network security tools, and IT support software.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment while maintaining a methodical approach.
