Job Description

Responsibilities:


Maintain SharePoint site for Master data requests 

o Track requests through SharePoint and offline 

o Maintain documentation for requests 

o Timely follow-up with stakeholders 

o Provide regular updates to business 


Back-up for Master Data Steward (BOM creation/change, Material master updates) 


Work to improve existing processes 

o SharePoint 

o New Material initiation 


Own basic Level I deviations 

o Gather data for deviation tracking 


Key Skills:


Basic understanding of industry/GMP experience 

Understanding of Quality Systems 

Ability to work independently 

Excellent organizational skills and time management 

Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills and information quickly 

Knowledge of SharePoint 

Some exposure to SAP 

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products 

Strong technical writing skills
