Job description


Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning and execution of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects
• Manage projects across ERP, EPM, SCM, and FDI domains
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scope, risks, and resource plans
• Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful outcomes
• Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide status reporting to leadership
• Drive change management and adoption strategies
• Ensure integration with existing healthcare systems and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies based on project needs.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience implementing/managing healthcare ERP solutions
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion implementations or optimization initiatives
• Strong knowledge of:
o Oracle Fusion ERP
o Oracle Fusion EPM
o Oracle Fusion SCM
o Oracle Fusion FDI / analytics
• Experience leading cross-functional, complex IT projects
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted for education.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
