Summary:
As Project Manager II, you lead and manage multiple large cross-functional projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage resources, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality results within specified timelines and budgets. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Initiate projects by defining scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor team performance, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and any potential issues or risks.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, or objectives.
