Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Finance Systems will serve as a key member of the Finance team, reporting to the Director, Procurement and Finance Systems. This role provides senior-level leadership over the governance, delivery, and ongoing evolution of enterprise finance systems, including Oracle Cloud ERP and related financial applications. The Sr. Manager serves as the internal ERP Program Leader for Finance, owning roadmap governance, release discipline, cross-functional coordination, and structured execution across system implementations and enhancements.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the senior ERP Program Leader for Finance, providing governance, structure, and executive visibility across all Finance system initiatives
  • Own and maintain the integrated Finance Systems roadmap in partnership with the Finance Systems Product Owner, aligning business priorities with delivery sequencing, system capacity, and overall risk posture
  • Manage, lead, and develop the Finance Systems delivery team, including oversight of program management, structured testing and quality assurance (SIT/UAT), reporting and analytics initiatives, and cross-functional coordination
  • Establish and enforce disciplined ERP lifecycle governance (design, build, test, deploy, stabilize), ensuring consistent release management, environment controls, and production readiness standards.
  • Partner closely with Technology teams and external implementation partners to preserve architectural integrity, internal control compliance, and quality delivery within defined governance frameworks.
  • Protect financial close and reporting stability by sequencing changes responsibly around blackout periods and high-risk cycles, maintaining a proactive program-level risk register and escalating material risks to senior leadership.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on roadmap progress, delivery health, testing outcomes, resource capacity, and enterprise risk exposure.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, HR, and technology teams to ensure alignment on vendor strategy, contracting standards, and procurement policies.

This role is hybrid, based out of our headquarters in Minneapolis. We #SucceedTogether through in-person collaboration balanced with remote work to provide a flexible work environment.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance Systems, ERP implementation or Finance Transformation roles, with at least 4+ years in a formal people management role
  • Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle management, including SIT/UAT governance, release management, and cutover planning
  • Experience partnering with Finance leadership (Controller, CAO, FP&A) in a controlled financial environment
  • Proven people management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and coach team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as budget creation and analysis software
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational execution discipline

Preferred Experience
  • Direct experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (R2R, P2P, O2C) preferred
  • Experience aligning ERP roadmap decisions with financial close and reporting cycles
  • Exposure to integrations, reporting tools (OTBI, Smart View, Power BI), and enterprise data environments
  • Experience working with global teams and cross-time-zone stakeholders
  • PMP, Agile, or related program management certification (preferred but not required)

The annual salary range for this role is: $133,500- $174,800. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range. Additionally, you may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if granted, is based on individual and/or organizational performance.
