Job description

ERP Systems Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Systems Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development, ERP system management, and project management. Proficiency in C# or another programming language is essential. This role involves enhancing and maintaining our ERP systems to optimize business processes and ensure seamless integration with other business applications. The candidate should possess strong business requirements gathering and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and translate their needs into technical solutions.

  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure data integrity and efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ERP environment to meet business requirements.
  • Manage full-cycle ERP projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications.
  • Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting, providing technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in ERP systems, SQL development, and project management.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system development and management.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in C# or another programming language.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.
