Drive Digital Transformation Through Infor Syteline (Cloud Suite Industrial)

ABEC is seeking a Global ERP Manager to take ownership of our global ERP platform, lead strategic enhancements, and drive process improvements across the organization. You'll lead a team of talented ERP Specialists dedicated to supporting needs at all ABEC locations.  This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and end users to optimize our ERP ecosystem and help shape the future of our operations.


What You'll Do

As the Global ERP Manager, you'll serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on technical expert, ensuring our ERP environment delivers maximum value to the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of the Infor Syteline (Cloud Suite Industrial) ERP system
  • Lead and grow a team of ERP Specialists. Design and implement ERP integrations, customizations, configurations, and process improvements
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Oversee ERP implementation projects, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues while continuously improving system performance
  • Develop technical specifications, documentation, and best practices for customizations and enhancements
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency
  • Train ERP team members and end users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness
  • Stay current on Infor ERP technologies and recommend improvements that support ABEC's strategic goals
  • Provide leadership and guidance on ERP initiatives across global operations

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP management experience
  • Hands-on experience with Infor Syteline ERP (Cloud Suite Industrial)
  • Strong understanding of ERP  implementations, configuration, customization, and support
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of systems analysis, software development principles, and enterprise applications
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MS SQL, T-SQL, or PL/SQL
  • Prior experience with managing a technical team. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
  • Knowledge of SQL development, database design, and ERP data architecture
  • Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
