Job Description

We are looking for an experienced leader in digital transformation to own the strategy, development, integration, and continuous evolution of our business systems landscape. This includes ERP platforms, Business Process Management Systems (BPMS), data warehouses, and other critical business applications and platforms. In this role, the main focus will be on driving automation and process optimization to ensure efficiency and scalability across the organization.

You will play a crucial part in designing and implementing data architectures that support business growth, while fostering innovation through automation solutions. Leading a team of ~20 professionals through functional managers, you’ll collaborate closely with business units, and external vendors to deliver systems and processes that truly empower our teams.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business process owners, and foster a partnership-based approach to communication.
  • Define the strategy and roadmap for ERP, BPMS, data warehouses, and apps in alignment with company objectives.
  • Own and manage the budget (CAPEX/OPEX) for enterprise applications, licensing, and external consultancy services.
  • Identify and implement automation solutions that deliver measurable time and cost savings.
  • Oversee integration projects and data architecture: ETL/ELT, data warehouse modeling, analytical data stores, ensuring data quality and consistency of master data.
  • Lead and develop a team of around 20 professionals (analysts, integration engineers, ERP administrators), including recruitment, skill development, and resource planning.
  • Establish and monitor SLA/KPI agreements for system availability, response times, data quality, and user satisfaction.
  • Implement governance practices: data security, roles and permissions, regulatory compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities: development, updates, migrations, regression testing, and contingency planning.
  • Collaborate with business units to design optimized processes and measure results (ROI, time-to-value, reduction of manual errors).
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and implement solutions utilizing data analytics and elements of AI/ML where they deliver tangible value.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience working with ERP/BPMS/Data Warehouse systems or related areas, including several years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading a team of around 20 people or larger cross-functional teams.
  • Strong track record in Organizational Change Management, successfully driving systems adoption across diverse business units
  • Practical knowledge of system integration (API, middleware).
  • Experience navigating complex organizations with agility and strategic insight.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
