Job description

Eric von Schledorn Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our busy parts department in Random Lake, WI. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping both retail customers and technicians, and take pride in getting the right parts to the right people quickly, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, shop technicians, and wholesale accounts with parts needs
  • Accurately look up, sell, and order Ford parts using dealership systems
  • Process sales, returns, and special orders efficiently
  • Maintain inventory organization and help with stocking/receiving
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, team-oriented attitude

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience working as a parts counter person in an automotive dealership (strongly preferred)
  • CDK experience is a big plus
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, especially Ford vehicles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE or manufacturer parts certification a plus
