AtMorristown Express, we do more than move freight — we deliver to some of the largest food manufacturers in the country with a strong reputation built on safety, reliability, and respect for our drivers.

We are a family-owned carrierbased in Morristown, INspecializing in food-grade tanker transportation, including soybean oil, corn syrup, and chocolate products. We are currently hiring experiencedClass A CDL drivers for Regional/Local routes.

Driver Pay Schedule
• Top drivers earn $90,000+ annually

• Average drivers earn $70,000–$80,000+ per year

• Weekly guaranteed pay

• Unlimited driver referral bonuses

• Quarterly safety bonus

• Weekend premium pay (paid per load)

• $75 sleeper pay for overnight DOT breaks taken in the truck

• Paid orientation and tanker training ($200/day)

Home Time

• Mostly afternoon/evening start times available

• Mix of local out-and-back freight and regional runs

• Limited overnight trips compared to traditional OTR

• Opportunity to stay out 2-3 nights for longer, higher-paying loads

• Truck parking available at home or terminal

Equipment Driver Support

• Assigned late-model equipment

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely transport food-grade tanker freight

• Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip paperwork

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

• Follow all FMCSA and company safety regulations

• Plan routes efficiently and manage time effectively

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

• Age 21+

• Safe driving record and good MVR

• Ability to pass:

• DOT physical

• Drug screen

• Ergo/capability testing

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
