We are seeking a Permanent OB Hospitalist in Iowa.

Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts

Position Details:
Patient Population: OB & GYN patients, including post-op and postpartum
Setting: Hospital
Responsibilities:

  • 24-hour in-house coverage: labor & delivery, OB/GYN triage, ER GYN/OB on-call

  • Daily rounding on post-op and postpartum patients

  • Collaborative care with FQHC and midwives

  • Serve as regional referral for GYN patients

  • No separate doc call; dedicated hospitalist model
    Required Procedures: OB deliveries, GYN ER management
    EMR System: Not specified
    Support Staff: Anesthesia, NICU, midwives
    Days Per Month: Not specified (full-time role)
