Job Description
Sika is looking for an experienced Operator to join our growing team in Versailles, Kentucky. At Sika, the Operator will operate production equipment in a safe manner to produce parts to specification.
Key Responsibilites:
  • Ensure equipment is setup/ functioning properly and notify Supervisor of any issues immediately including issues related to productivity, safety, or quality
  • Work to a standardized process by following work instructions and procedures
  • Follow latest revisions of all documentation
  • Only perform work that you are fully trained to perform
  • Do not perform any job assignments that you feel jeopardize the quality of product and notify Supervisor of any circumstance for clarification, questionable feelings
  • Read, understand, and follow all quality bulletins posted
  • Identify & quarantine all suspect material
  • Fill out all documentation & notices fully
