Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities related to equipment rentals and sales. This role includes responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and recommending appropriate equipment solutions based on project requirements. The Inside Sales Representative will handle order processing, coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Daily responsibilities also involve generating and qualifying leads, following up on prospects, and nurturing existing accounts to drive repeat business. The role requires consistent communication with customers to support a high level of satisfaction and to promote the company’s full range of rental equipment and services.
