Description

Saz's Catering is looking for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring facilities are organized, clean, and maintained. This role is responsible for coordinating equipment logistics for off-site and on-site events, maintaining Saz's properties and fleet vehicles, managing incoming deliveries, and directing warehouse and dish team members. The Warehouse Supervisor works closely with the Director of Operations to uphold safety, efficiency, and quality standards across all warehouse functions.


What You'll Do

  • Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of all Saz's facilities, inside and outside
  • Monitor setup and teardown of event-related equipment at all Saz's properties
  • Help train and develop warehouse and dish team members 
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance in warehouse operations
  • Oversee the picking, packing, and loading of all equipment for scheduled events per pick lists, verifying readiness of cooking, food storage, and all other off-site event gear
  • Transport product to Saz's properties on demand
  • Direct warehouse associates and dish team members in execution of shift checklists; reviewing for completion and compliance
  • Ensure all fleet vehicles are properly cleaned, fueled and ready to be deployed for events
  • Receive and log incoming deliveries and equipment rentals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license required, maintain an insurance Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Reliable, consistent attendance
