MIG Welder – $23–$33 per HourBrooten, Minnesota$500 Hiring Bonus

Precision Manufacturing is looking for experienced MIG welders to join our team in Brooten, Minnesota.

This is a full-time position paying $23–$33 per hour based on experience and ability. We offer a $500 hiring bonus, health insurance, paid vacation, free online doctor visits, on-the-job training, and opportunities to advance within the company.

The position includes MIG welding, fitting and assembling fabricated parts, reading blueprints, checking dimensions, and making sure finished weldments meet our quality standards. We manufacture a variety of equipment, so the work is not limited to welding the same part every day.

Applicants should have MIG welding or fabrication experience, be able to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools, and take pride in producing accurate, quality work. We are looking for dependable people who can work independently while also being part of a team.
