Our Construction Equipment group is seeking a highly organized, process-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and support our Orland Park and South Elgin branches. The expected base salary for this role ranges between $130,000–$140,000 USD based on candidate experience, plus potential bonuses.

This role will focus on driving efficiency across service, parts, and rental functions while building a strong, cohesive team culture. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily branch operations across service, parts, and rental departments.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of operations or branch management experience in heavy equipment, automotive, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and lead cohesive, high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of service department workflows, parts inventory control, and rental operations.
  • Proficiency with business systems (ERP, CRM, or dealership management software preferred).
