Job description

The Manufacturing Engineering Intern performs basic manufacturing engineering functions in support of current products and the development of equipment and processes for new products and improvements to the overall Product Delivery System.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties:
  • Works with the Manufacturing Engineering staff on projects outlined in the individualized intern training plan.
  • Works independently and as a team member with other Engineers, Designers, and production personnel or on ad hoc projects.

Competencies
Education and Experience:
  • Current active student in good standing who has complete 60 hours towards a related Engineering Bachelor's degree.

Additional Requirements:
  • Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and passport.
  • Ability to maintain Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) certification
