Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role ensures efficient tracking, logging, and auditing of equipment to support smooth operations and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain inventory of equipment department-wide
  • Log equipment details accurately upon receipt and shipping
  • Perform regular data entry to update inventory systems
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized equipment records
  • Conduct inventory audits to verify equipment status and location
  • Inspect equipment for condition and completeness
  • Coordinate receiving and shipping of equipment
