JOB DESCRIPTION

 

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Victories Farms is dedicated equine operation focused on equine care and farm management.  We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing environment for our animals while maintaining high standards of the farm.

SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Equine Help at Victories Farms.  This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the well-being of our horses.  Join us in creating a positive impact in the equine community.

RESPONSIBLITIES

 

·      Assist with daily care and feeding of horses.

·      Maintain cleanliness and organization of stables and equipment.

·      Monitor animal health and report any concerns to management.

·      Participate in maintaining pasture areas.

·      Speak fluent English.

·      Part time / potential full time.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·      Must live within 35 minutes of Grand Geneva area (Rt 50 & Rt 12), or ability to relocate prior to start of employment

·      Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.

·      Must have professional equine experience and provide references.

·      Must have valid driver’s license with a clean record with dependable transportation.

·      Be able to lift 50 lbs.
