Job description

Overview
As a Digital Business Development Sales Representative , you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and advancing Epsilon's presence to U.S. businesses to which you are assigned. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities while supporting overall growth.
In this role, you'll bring to bear your sales competence and expertise to meet aggressive sales goals and deliver meaningful results. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you'll collaborate across teams including Legal, Product, and Marketing to identify qualified prospects, craft optimal Epsilon solutions, present, negotiate and close new business deals that meet client objectives and sales goals.
This position provides an opportunity to grow into a senior sales position by building relationships with mid-to-senior level decision-makers, achieving measurable sales targets, and gaining exposure to innovative data products. You'll enhance your career through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Revenue: Lead selling activities for your assigned prospect account list
  • Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with mid-to-senior level decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver Solutions: Leverage deep knowledge of Epsilon's products and services to provide tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Work with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Expand Expertise: Enhance your skills in data-driven marketing and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients in this growing vertical.

Qualifications
Who You Are
  • Sales experience with a track record of success in digital media, martech, or agency services.
  • Strong understanding of Epsilon's product and solution portfolio.
  • A hunter attitude with proven ability to prospect, cold call, and complete needs-based selling.
  • Solid knowledge of Ad Tech and digital media: the landscape, customer needs, and how Epsilon's suite of products can deliver on those needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to senior business decision-makers.
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
  • Strategic, flexible, tenacious, and results driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to travel

Compensation Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $120,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
