Staying updated with regulatory changes and maintaining compliance can be demanding, especially for companies operating internationally. Additionally, fostering collaboration between stakeholders and driving organizational buy-in are key aspects of the role that require strong communication and project management skills.

How do I get certified in EPR?

To become certified in EPR, individuals typically need to complete relevant training programs or courses offered by recognized industry organizations or certification bodies. Certification requirements may include passing an exam and demonstrating knowledge of environmental policies, waste management, or related skills. It is advisable to review specific certification providers for detailed eligibility criteria and training options.

Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, along with relevant certifications, is essential. Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills help you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and address system issues. These skills ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and maintenance of ERP systems that are critical for organizational efficiency.
