Industrial Epoxy Coating TechnicianLocation: Stratford, CT
Compensation: $20-$25/hr DOE + Profit Sharing
Job Type: Full-Time
Are you an experienced epoxy flooring installer, commercial painter, or construction professional looking for steady, year-round work? Join a team that specializes in transforming commercial and industrial facilities with high-performance floor coating systems and professional facility services. What You'll Do

  •  Install epoxy, urethane, and polyaspartic flooring systems 
  •  Perform surface preparation including concrete grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, and minor concrete repairs 
  •  Assist with commercial and industrial painting projects 
  •  Operate grinders, pressure washers, HEPA vacuums, and other specialized equipment 
  •  Complete industrial cleaning and site preparation 
  •  Follow safety procedures while delivering high-quality workmanship 
  •  Work alongside a professional team to complete projects on schedule 
What We're Looking For

  •  3+ years of experience in epoxy flooring, commercial painting, concrete restoration, construction, or a related skilled trade 
  •  Experience operating power tools and surface preparation equipment 
  •  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  •  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
  •  Ability to pass customer-required background screenings 
  •  Comfortable working overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours when projects require 
  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
