We are seeking a highly capable Auto Parts Manager to take full ownership of the operations of our aftermarket auto parts store in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing all aspects of an auto parts store, strong knowledge of the GTA market, and hands-on proficiency with industry-specific software such as Epicor, Partswatch, and NextPart. Key Responsibilities

Operational Management: Lead all store operations, including inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, and sales.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve high performance and service standards.
