Job description

The Dinex Group, the restaurant Group of Chef Daniel Boulud, is seeking a Retail Specialist for Epicerie Boulud, our Eat In/Take Out market featuring the same quality of service and ingredients found in all of our the restaurants, presented in a more casual form. The Epicerie offers a chance to elevate quick service dining into an exceptional retail experience.

The Retail Specialist  will be responsible for facilitating the guest experience at Epicerie Boulud. Ideal candidates will be team oriented and preferably have some prior retail, cashier and or coffee/espresso experience and be responsible for providing extraordinary customer service.

They will greet guests, ring up customer orders, handle monetary transactions, pick up drinks and assist in retail sales in addition to having full knowledge of the menu and gourmet products.
