Work you'll do/Responsibilities  

  • This resource will guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support
  • This role will perform analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues associated with Epic software
  • This role prepares requirement specifications and provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements
  • This role will review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing and serve as the support contact for the application
  • This position has responsibility within all phases of the application implementation including design, build, test, installation, and maintenance of the application
  • This role provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care
  • On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization

  • Must have Epic Willow IP Certification
  • 6+ years of recent experience with Epic implementation
  • 6+ years of experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
  • Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $121,000 to $143,000.
